Ioannis Anastasopoulos, Chairman of Nova Constructions S.A., is a Member of the Hellenic Corporate Governance Council.
As a corporate governance specialist, he has served as Executive President of NatWest Group for Greece, Cyprus & the Balkans and as Executive President of the Hellenic Investment Center (ELKE). He was also a member of the Central Special Council for the selection of State General Managers and is Honorary President of the scientific non-profit organization AXIOTIS. Today, he serves as a Management Consultant at EASE. He holds an M.A. in Economics (University of Cambridge) and a B.A. in Economics & Political Science (Panteion University).

Dr. Panos Leivadas is CEO of Nova Constructions S.A., with senior leadership experience at the highest levels of government and the private sector. He has served in senior government roles as Secretary General of Communication and Information at the Ministry of State, General Secretary of the Ministry of Tourism, and Director of the Prime Minister’s Press Office. He has also held managerial positions in food industry companies. He holds a PhD and an M.A. in Electoral Behavior & Sociology (University of Athens), and a B.A. in Business Administration & Political Science (University of Florida).

Menelaos Daskalakis is Director of Business Development at Nova Constructions S.A., specializing in strategic planning and corporate management. He has held senior public-sector roles including General Secretary of Telecommunications and Post, Secretary of Strategic Planning & Communication for New Democracy, and General Director of New Democracy (2006–2010). He has also worked as a private-sector executive/consultant and as Director-Coordinator of the Political Training Sector at the Konstantinos Karamanlis Institute for Democracy. He holds degrees in Economics and Law (University of Athens), with postgraduate studies in Business Administration and Communication.

Apostolos Petalas is an executive leader with 30+ years of experience, currently General Manager of the Hellenic Supermarkets Association (ESE) and Non-Executive Vice Chairman at AS Company SA. He served for 16 years as Group CEO of Fourlis Holdings, leading the expansion of brands including IKEA and Intersport, and spent 17 years at PepsiCo, becoming Chairman & CEO for Greece. He holds a Business Administration degree (University of Piraeus) and completed executive leadership and strategic management certifications through PepsiCo in the USA.

He currently serves as Group Business Development & Finance Director at Sfakianakis Group and as Chief Investment Officer (CIO) at VG Holding, the parent company of Gregory’s S.A. He has also served as Group Finance Director (Treasury, Planning & Risk Management) at Fourlis Group. He holds an M.A. in Business Administration (ALBA University) and a B.A. in Mathematics and Statistics (University of Patras).

Athena Kranidou is a Civil Engineer (National Technical University of Athens – Metsovian Polytechnic) with extensive experience in large infrastructure and public works. She served as Supervising Engineer at Aktor SA during the construction of the Olympic Stadium and held key roles at ERGOSE SA, including Supervising Engineer for the Athens–Larissa Railway Department and Head of the Control Department of the Directorate of the Head Authority. She has also served in the Directorate of Technical Services & Urban Planning for the Municipality of Glyfada.

Alice Steliou is an Architect Engineer (National Technical University of Athens) with experience in design and real estate strategy. She served as Senior Architect at the architectural firm of Nikolaos Chatzikiriakos and as Project Manager for high-end residential and commercial developments in Athens, and she has contributed to major public works through her professional qualifications. She has participated in architectural ideas competitions in Greece and internationally and has also served as a Global Project Marketing Manager in the real estate sector.

Marialena Anterrioti is a Graduate Architect Engineer (Polytechnic School, University of Patras) with international design and technical infrastructure experience. She worked as a 3D Designer at BMarko Structures in Atlanta, Georgia, focusing on modular design and structural visualization, and managed projects including industrial construction permits (notably Coffee Island in the Industrial Area of Patras), as well as building permits, energy studies, and architectural design. She was an early participant in the Patras Office Space (P.O.S) startup and completed specialized training in energy and photovoltaic installations with Piritium S.A.
