According to an independent auditor’s report by Grant Thornton, NOVA CONSTRUCTIONS S.A.’s Green Bond Framework, as of 21/10/2021, applies best practices and procedures in alignment with the Green Bond issuance principles published by the International Capital Market Association (ICMA) in June 2022.
