Official opening for the Hilton Garden Inn Athens Syggrou Avenue
The official opening of the Hilton Garden Inn Athens Syggrou Avenue hotel was a success. The event was hosted at the rooftop bar-restaurant Rodopou & Beyond with a view of the Acropolis, offering a unique experience to the guests. The guests got to know the first Hilton Garden Inn in Greece, which operates under the management of LUX&EASY (Nova Constructions S.A.), an official franchisee of Hilton.

Consultant of LUX&EASY ( Nova Constructions S.A.) , Mr. Panos Livadas underlined the dynamic resulting from the collaboration between LUX&EASY , a Greek company specializing in the design and development of high-end energy homes and hotels, and Hilton , a global leader in the hospitality sector. He also noted that Hilton ‘s rapid growth in Greece confirms the special weight that our country and the Greek tourism market have now acquired on the international, very competitive map of World Tourism.
The inauguration was honored with the presence of Government representatives, such as the Deputy Prime Minister, Mr. Kostis Hatzidakis, the Minister of Tourism, Ms. Olga Kefalogianni, the Minister of Immigration and Asylum, Mr. Makis Voridis, the Deputy Minister of Tourism, Ms. Anna Karamanli, the Deputy Minister of Interior, Mr. Vassilis Spanakis, the Deputy Minister of Immigration and Asylum, Ms. Sevi Voloudaki, as well as the Member of Parliament, Mr. Angelos Syrigos. Also present was the Mayor of Kallithea, Mr. Costas Askounis , who represented the Municipality hosting the hotel, and Mr. Manolis Melakis , a major developer and hotelier operating in Crete and in a joint venture with LUX&EASY ( Nova Constructions S.A.) , are proceeding with the completion of the next two hotel units under the Hilton brand in Chania and Heraklion.
The presence of tourism professionals, with more than 350 participants, as well as representatives of the Media, was particularly large. The guests toured the hotel premises, tasted the Chef’s creations and enjoyed live jazz music.
